Covered Security was formed in 2021 by Katilya Reeves, a former Correctional Officer at Charlotte Correctional Institute and has a Class D license of her own. Through experiences from these jobs, she has witnessed the importance of security, whether it is property or one’s self. With her leadership we are willing to find fresh, lively, and creative ways to deliver security service that best serve you.

    Every member of our staff is carefully screened. All officers must be 18 and over, have a high school diploma or equivalent, licensed, and certified, undergo a background check, drug tested and have extensive training. The officers are regularly updated with any changes in policy and procedures, we are also customer service oriented, which in return will provide the best service.
